What Happens at Each Event
Every SHARK DealRoom Live event follows the same structured, two-day format — designed to move qualified participants from introduction to verified offer.
Day One
Structured Buyer Meetings
- Each business owner meets privately with three verified buyers
- Two-hour meetings in a private executive environment
- Buyers arrive pre-briefed via Seller Vault access
- Letters of Intent submitted by 9:00 PM CST
Day Two
Negotiations & Next Steps
- Business owners review submitted LOIs
- Selective meetings with interested buyers
- Term negotiation and deal structure discussions
- Path to closing determined
