This allows buyers to perform meaningful due diligence in advance so meetings focus on opportunity, fit, and transaction structure — not introductory questions.

Structured Buyer Meetings
Each participating business owner meets privately with three qualified buyers. Meetings are approximately two hours in length and take place in a private executive environment designed to facilitate meaningful discussions and relationship building.

Offers Submitted Same Day
Interested buyers submit Letters of Intent (LOIs) and proposed deal structures by 9:00 PM CST on Day One.

Negotiations & Next Steps
